Service (rude) 👎🏻All we wanted to order didn't exist. We ate hotwings that were way too greasy, we got our cole slaw without mayo! It was better not to eat there in the future.

Super crispy chicken, great ambience

Extremely long waiting times due to haphazard service! So the chicken is great! Juicy, crispy, the breading tastes almost 1 to 1 like a big franchise company ^^ the only thing that bothered me EVERY time was the nice, but extremely slow and disorganized young lady who works there. Very long waiting times as she moves almost in slow motion and has no idea about time management. In other words, she takes an order and then simply waits 5 minutes at the fryer for the fries instead of at least taking the next order! On my last visit I had to wait 25 minutes because of 2 customers who were in front of me and when it was finally my turn my order took 10 minutes, although the fries and hotwings (9 pieces) were already ready. She had to just pack up ... And all of this at corona time, where food is only to go and almost nothing is going on ...

All products are really Halal. The female employees are very helpful and nice, so that I like to leave tips. The products offered are very diverse. The seasoned fries taste very good. I would love to come back.

Been there two weeks ago and unfortunately not recommended. When ordering a menu you had to pay 1 € more than what was written on the board or menu. The reason was that the menu was not updated, but the prices are already valid. Then when the food came my burger came raw inside the chicken was not cooked through .. After that I had no appetite. My friend's chicken wings were so greasy that the oil even dripped off. I was scared of food poisoning afterwards. Definitely not to be recommended, not even for free I would eat there again.

Ordered Hot Tokyo Extremely well done chicken taste was bombshell and the meat was really tender. Would really recommend everyone to have a look and in my opinion it is really worth trying. Prices are really ok for the large portions. Hot Tokyo € 7.80 (2x chicken steaks with french fries below seems little but believe me it should be crossed out for everyone unless you haven't eaten anything for 1 week)

I would give 0 stars if the option is there! Very bad! Lots of fat on chicken .. I would love to go to KFC!

If the restaurant was full for a chicken filet for 45 minutes, I would say thank you, but if I could give me zero, I would give it to the only customer 0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ !! After all, I didn't even want to take money and I went so regretted and I am eating at McDonald's now !! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 🤦🏻‍♂️

It's halal, which is very good for Muslims. The food tastes good, the portions - apart from the burgers - are actually quite fair for these prices. I had a burger menu with two burgers, fries and a drink of my choice. The burgers didn't blow my mind now, they look like McDonalds, KFC or BurgerKing, only it's halal. Then there are kebab dishes, all mixed with french fries salad. These portions are quite good and the price is quite reasonable. You can get full with it. Unfortunately there is no menu with these plates, so if you want a drink you have to order extra. All in one very good, it tastes good, depending on the menu or dish you can get full. You should expect at least 17-20 € for two people if you want to be full.

The service has developed very positively over the years and you are warmly welcomed. The food tastes as you would expect and the selection is also very popular. I'm happy to be there 😇

Halal fast-food restaurant with main orientation to chicken meals. We ordered the crunchy burger with menu. It tastes very good only the portions could be bigger in our opinion. Also the organization of the staff needs improvement.

Large selection, friendly staff, very clean. Chicken burgers and french fries are delicious. In summer you can sit outside in the evenings. All products are halal.

Centrally located on the market square, easy to reach, food tastes really good for in between, is similar in concept to KFC. Modern atmosphere and friendly staff. Waiting times are okay.

I went, I drank a cup of coffee, it really opens up, I would recommend it to everyone who made it very authentic and beautiful.

The food tastes really good 👍 for me, eating here is better than KFC in the end that is a taste of things. I only gave it 4 stars because I had a small waitress but the boss was very nice that he quickly solved the problems.

Worst place, you ask for somthing and they give somthing else.. We ask for chicken Menu and she give us normal burger paying the price of the menú.. When we asked, she answered this is what we have.... Never back again..

Positive: The place looks clean, modern kitchen and furniture. Negative: basically everything else, the quality of the food is a disgrace (you get worse burgers than in McDonald's), unfriendly cashiers. I would recommend to eat anywhere else BUT HERE in Mannheim.

Expensive and not a flexible menu. The French fries are way too oily. Plus, I asked for a Capri Sun juice for my child and the guy at the counter simply said €1,50. I know I've paid just €1 in my previous 3 visits. We usually go here because our daughter wants to go to the play room. But we end up spending way too much for junk food.

Stake chicken is not very good.

Very tasty, but a bit expensive in my opinion. Should put together better menus where drinks and side dishes are included. Helal slaughtered is therefore also suitable for Muslims and Jews

Nothing special MacDonald style burger. btw MacDonald is much better then that.

Taste of steak is OK, but selection of the bread for hamburger is wrong. Slow service compare to a fast-food restaurant. Place is not cozy.
